FTP Guide

Using our FTP site, you can upload or download files 24/7. You may connect to our FTP using your favorite software, or you can visit http://download.com and enter a search for the any of the following free software:

PC Users: CoffeeCup Free FTP
Mac Users: Cyberduck

If you use an FTP program, you will need to know the server name, user name, and password.

SERVER NAME: www.pandrgroup.com
USER NAME: guest9
PASSWORD: (Call 312.329.9600 for your own personal password)

When sending files it is important to compress any any small files such as fonts or layouts.
